In-House Loyalty Program

• You do NOT need to have a dental insurance plan to have access to exceptional dental care!
• For our patients who do not have any dental benefits, or a plan with which we are out of network (OON), we have an in-house loyalty plan that will ensure regular care at discounted fees.
• The loyalty plan is an annual 20% discounted preventive dental care package which qualifies members for 15% savings on any other dental treatment done in our office.
  • Plans include annual preventive cleanings, annual X-rays, periodic exams and Fluoride treatments.
  • Patients will have the option to purchase the appropriate plan after the Dentist’s diagnosis of their periodontal condition.
  • Annual and monthly payments are available.
• Plans require 1 year commitment and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or Care Credit.
• Loyalty plans are not insurance and apply to our office only.
